January 21, 2010 - Passports Required for Entry into Mexico from March 2010
As of March 1, 2010 immigration requirements for citizens of Canada as well as legal permanent residents of Canada traveling to Mexico will be changing. Canadian citizens will require a valid Canadian passport. Legal permanent residents of Canada will require a Permanent Resident Card or Certificate of Identity or Refugee Travel Document.
A visa is not required for Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents for Canada for entry into Mexico as a tourist.
